Shipping and Insurance Charges

The customer will bear all shipping costs. The correct amount of shipping (and insurance where applicable) will be automatically calculated for your basket contents.

Items under £350 will be shipped using the Royal Mail registered airmail service but will not be insured. Items over £350 will be shipped using DHL and will be fully insured.

Details of shipping and insurance charges are as follows. All shipping and insurance charges are inclusive of VAT.

Order availability

We will ship products that are in stock within 5 days of receiving your order. All customer orders are subject to prior sale. We make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an e-mail telling you how soon we will be able to ship the order. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.

Returns

If you wish to return a product purchased from us, you may do so within 7 working days of receiving the product, provided it is returned to us by the method it was shipped, at the expense of the buyer, properly wrapped and insured by the customer to the full value. Please include the order number to enable us to trace the order. We will refund the price of the product, less any delivery costs charged, unless the product is defective, in which case we will also refund the delivery costs.
