A decorative and elegant map of Cheshire from the distinguished Blaeu publishing house. There are decorative vignettes to the title cartouche and distance scales at the lower corners. Also there are twelve shields, ten of which feature family crests plus two which have been left blank.

The condition is very good with no significant faults. There is a small centrefold tear in the top and bottom margins (well away from the image area) and a light overall even toning.
