Description

Title: 'China According to the Newest and most Exact Observations' from 'Atlas geographus, or a Compleat System of Geography'.

A rare copper engraved map, in Moll's typical style, that presents the Korean peninsula, severely truncated, and only part of Japan. China is divided into provinces with the Great Wall separating it from Tartary which contains "The Sandy Desert of Xamo". Title is in simple block.

In very good condition.
