A large English map that attacks the French Delisle map and the extent of French claims in the New World. The tracks of voyages into Hudsons Bay are shown.

There are many decorative elements: the large vignette shows "the manner of fishing for, curing & drying Cod at New Found Land." Smaller inset maps include Boston, New York, Charleston, Port Royal, and Havana, Cuba.

In very good condition with some minor repairs.
